HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

Leading the sale is a rare one sheet poster for Walt Disney’s Mickey’s Pal Pluto (1933), estimated at $40,000 - $80,000. Dating from the early years of Mickey Mouse and Pluto’s screen partnership, the poster holds particular historical importance as the first Disney short to feature Pluto’s name in its title. Offered by Propstore for the first time, this exceptionally scarce piece offers collectors a vivid glimpse into a formative period in Disney animation.

Hollywood’s pre-Code era is represented by a spectacular stone lithograph one sheet poster for Hard to Handle (1933), estimated at $12,000 - $24,000. Featuring the tagline “Hey, folks—I’m back,” the poster heralded James Cagney’s return to Warner Bros. following his highly publicized contract dispute with the studio. Offered by Propstore for the first time and one of only a few examples to have surfaced at auction, this rarity captures the exuberant screen presence that made Cagney one of the defining stars of 1930s cinema.

International cinema is represented by a magnificent country-of-origin Japanese B2 poster for Akira Kurosawa’s Seven Samurai (1954), estimated at $12,000 - $24,000. Its dramatic photomontage features Toshiro Mifune in full armor alongside Keiko Tsushima and Takashi Shimura, capturing the tension and scale of one of cinema’s most influential masterpieces. The film’s enduring legacy stretches far beyond Japan, inspiring countless filmmakers and famously providing the basis for the classic Western The Magnificent Seven.
